Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plans mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Plans ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Plans. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

Your account

• You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put other users at risk.

Using Plans

• Plans helps you create, join, and coordinate plans, meetups, and events with other users. You're responsible for the plans you create and the conduct of any gathering you organize or attend through the Service.
• You agree not to use Plans to harass, threaten, or endanger others, to misrepresent your identity, or to post false, misleading, or illegal content.
• Location-based features (such as local events, "who's out," and restaurant roulette) rely on permissions you grant on your device and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.
• We may remove content or restrict access to features that violate these Terms or our community standards.

Subscriptions

• Plans Plus and Plans Host are optional paid subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in accordance with Apple's billing terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to its policies.
• We may change subscription features or pricing going forward; material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.

User content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Plans (such as plan details, profile information, and messages). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Safety disclaimer

Plans facilitates connections between users but does not organize, supervise, or guarantee the safety of any meetup, event, or plan. You are solely responsible for exercising judgment and caution when meeting people or attending events arranged through the Service.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plans is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to meetups, events, or interactions with other users.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
